Three Lions Team Depth Called 'Absurd' - Welsh Boss Bellamy

International friendly: England v Wales
Venue: Wembley Stadium, the capital Date: October 9th Kick-off: 7:45 PM BST
The Wales head coach states England's squad depth is remarkable that a boxing promoter would not match them with the Welsh team.
Bellamy's men meet their neighbors in a friendly at Wembley on this Thursday before their important World Cup qualifier against the Belgians next the following week.
National team coach Thomas Tuchel has omitted the such as Jude Bellingham, Foden and Grealish from his squad for the Wales friendly and their qualifying game against the Latvian team.
"England have a ridiculous squad, similar to France," the coach remarked.
"England have a market valuation of 1.4 billion pounds, ours is Β£170m. Were you a boxing promoter, you wouldn't match us up. That wouldn't be permitted."
He explains making sure the Welsh team can compete with the star-studded rivals is a "driving force".
The Wales head coach added: "Our team don't go off values, but the simple fact is they don't just have a single lineup. They possess two, three, four and the French and other nations are similarly stacked. England have many great players and that's the honest truth."
"One right-back was ruled out with injury the recently and there are two dozen others to go! They have over sixty players. I'd love us to be well-equipped similarly."
The neighbouring countries last faced each other at the 2022 World Cup in the Middle East, when England emerged as easy 3-0 winners in a group match before Gareth Southgate's side made it to the last eight.
Southgate's successor is Tuchel, a European and world club winner at the London club who has claimed league championships in Ligue 1 and his home country.
Bellamy was previously an assistant at Anderlecht and the English club to Kompany, who replaced Tuchel at the German giants.
"Tuchel's an incredible manager - his achievements speak for themselves," Bellamy noted.
"I have some sort of understanding because the club he left I know people who have joined. I get a glimpse from that of how he works and it's very impressive. "
"His strategic planning is top level and I wanted to be up against such a challenge - see how we adjust because he adapts too. I can learn from it. I aspire to get to such heights."
